Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 May 2026
This is a baseline policy provided for transparency. It should be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before this website goes into production.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data EUKLYDIA collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your information with care and only for the purposes described below.
Who we are
This website is operated by EUKLYDIA, an enterprise AI transformation firm based in La Goulette, Tunis, Tunisia.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can contact us at support@euklydia.com.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to submit through one of three forms on this website: the contact form, the newsletter sign-up form, and the AI readiness assessment form.
Depending on the form, this may include your full name, work email address, phone number, company name, your role, and the message or assessment answers you submit.
This website has no account system and processes no payment data. We do not ask for or store passwords or financial information.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiries, to send you the report or briefing you requested, and, where you sign up to the newsletter, to send executive briefings.
Email delivery is handled by a third-party email provider, Brevo, which processes the email content and recipient address solely to deliver our messages.
To protect our forms against spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting. Your IP address is processed transiently for abuse prevention and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics may be used to understand overall site usage. Such analytics do not identify you individually and are not used for advertising.
Data retention
We keep the data you submit only for as long as needed to handle your request, to send the communications you asked for, and to meet any applicable record-keeping obligations.
When data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Consistent with GDPR principles, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its erasure, or object to its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@euklydia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
